NGO Prosvasi was a sending organization in the bilateral Youth Exchange “Just Trust”, implemented by Karsiyaka Special Education Vocational Training Center, located in Izmir. Prosvasi participated actively in each stage of the project in order to exchange experiences with our partners from Turkey and also to adopt good practices. Our final goal was to increase the quality of lives of people with disabilities.

Our project “Just Trust” focused on interactive techniques, especially in the context of theatre and we developed  the Game of Dialogue: we play and learn together. Through our project we presented and  explored our selves, our country, our traditions and our dreams in a frame, where all are equal and every difference  – cultural, or any other kind – cannot separate us, but opposite can help us to accept each other. The use of art  – theater  – is a unique tool for this purpose. We used non – formal educational methods and art – especially theater – and different type of self expression techiques in order to enable our young learners to become more active and to leave any kind of passivity behind. Main goal was to enable our  students to create parallel physical and verbal texts based on their own experience, in order to validate their  lives and skills and help them to create new structures of interaction among other young people.
